Yes, you’re in control. You decide how and when you want to reward your regular customers. Your venue will be listed to all Embargo users on the Embargo Loyalty App. Because it’s your own loyalty program customers can only redeem your rewards with the stamps or visits they earn at your venue.

Can I set up my own rewards scheme?

Yes, you do not need to be a technology developer or know how to code to set up your loyalty program. Simply create an account and follow the easy setup prompts. And if you need a hand at any stage, we are always there to help.

What about COVID 19? Is it contactless and safe?

Safety for customers and staff will be key after the lockdown. Embargo is a fully contactless digital solution and we make sure that your customers and your staff will stay safe.We also think that customer loyalty & CRM will be even more essential. Does Embargo work across multiple locations?

Yes, you can set up your own loyalty program across all of your locations. You can run Embargo across all your stores and control them from a centralized Embargo Portal account.

How can my loyal customers get rewards?

Your customers will collect stamps or visits through the Embargo Loyalty App where your venue is listed. They can then redeem the rewards through the loyalty app.

I already have a loyalty program, can I transfer my customers and their points over?

Yes you can transfer your customer database over, along with their points balance. All you need to do is upload a CSV file and Embargo works its magic to transfer points across. And if you need a hand, we are always ready to help.
